These Terms and Conditions govern purchases between customers ordering through the patisson.hu webshop and Patisson Food Ltd. They do not limit the mandatory consumer rights of individuals purchasing for personal purposes. Accepted individual quotations may set separate terms for catering and event orders.

The product page shows its features, available options, package size and price. Prices are listed in Hungarian forints and include taxes. You can check the delivery charge and total payable before submitting your order. Images may be illustrative; the description contains the essential product information.
A nem romlandó italokra, borokra és saját gyártású delikáttermékekre a jellegük alapján alkalmazandó elállási szabályok vonatkoznak. Önmagában a saját gyártás vagy az alkoholtartalom nem zárja ki az elállási jogot. Alkoholtartalmú italt kizárólag 18. életévét betöltött személy vásárolhat és vehet át. Kétség esetén az életkor igazolását kérjük; igazolás hiányában alkoholt nem adunk át. Személyazonosító okmányról ebből a célból nem készítünk másolatot.

A product note does not replace a discussion about allergens and does not mean we promise allergen-free preparation.
Válaszd ki a terméket, annak változatát és mennyiségét, majd helyezd a kosárba. Termékenként egy megjegyzést adhatsz meg. A kosárban módosíthatod a mennyiségeket és törölhetsz tételeket. A pénztárban add meg a számlázási adatokat, a vásárló típusát, szükség esetén a céget és adószámot, továbbá a szállítási módot, címet és az átadás napját. A fiók létrehozása és a hírlevél-feliratkozás önkéntes.
Before submitting, you can correct data-entry errors and check the total and selected date. Submit your order using the button that clearly indicates the payment obligation. If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive the confirmation; please let us know immediately.

Order details are stored electronically; you can save or print the confirmation email and the Terms and Conditions. A contract concluded through the webshop is not deemed to be a written contract. The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided; registered customers can also view their order details in their account.
At checkout, the card, PayPal or Barion payment options offered for the order are available. The payment provider handles payment data; full card details are not shared with Patisson. An interrupted or failed payment does not count as payment in full.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of billing details. Company invoices require the company name and tax number. We issue order documents in accordance with applicable law. The electronic invoice is sent to the email address provided for billing. For help with a payment or correcting billing details, contact us with your order number.
Collection / handover at FREEDOM is at 27 Szabolcs Street, 1134 Budapest; it is free, with no minimum order value or portion count. Delivery to another Budapest address is available with either at least 5 portions OR a product total of HUF 30,000; either condition is sufficient. Drinks do not count toward the portion minimum. The current delivery fee is HUF 2,500 and is shown separately at checkout.
All collection and delivery options require at least 48 hours’ notice. Webshop orders are not fulfilled on weekends or Hungarian public holidays. The current handover window is 12:00–14:00; orders placed after 14:00 move the earliest available date to the following day. Available dates are shown at checkout in Budapest local time. A kiszállítást jelenleg a Patisson saját munkatársai végzik, a termékhez szükséges szállítási és hőmérsékleti feltételeket biztosító hűtött dobozokban. Külső futár bevezetésekor az érintett tájékoztatókat annak igénybevétele előtt frissítjük.
Átvételkor ellenőrizd a csomag tartalmát. Eltérést, hiányt vagy hibát mielőbb jelezz. Az átvétel utáni tárolás és fogyaszthatóság tekintetében kövesd a termékhez átadott tájékoztatást. Ez a kérés nem rövidíti le a törvényes igényérvényesítési határidőt.
A perishable food order placed through the webshop must be cancelled at least 45 órával you can request it. Send cancellations with your order number to hello@patisson.hu vagy a catering@patisson.hu címre küldd el. A határidőt budapesti helyi idő szerint számítjuk; például péntek 12:00-s átadásnál szerda 15:00 a határidő. A kérelmet és elszámolását e-mailben visszaigazoljuk.
For a food order that has already been paid for and cancelled within the required time limit, te választhatsz pénzvisszatérítést vagy későbbi vásárlásra felhasználható jóváírást. If you choose store credit, please contact us before using it for your next order; we will confirm the amount in writing. Refunds are generally made using the original payment method and processed no later than 14 days after cancellation is confirmed. Please tell us your choice before settlement.
Any deduction from a voluntary cancellation settlement for a food order may only cover costs that were disclosed before the order with a specific amount or clear calculation method, became part of the contract, were actually incurred, and may lawfully be deducted. We will itemise the legal basis and amount of each deduction. Előzetes díjtájékoztatás hiányában külön technikai, átutalási vagy ügyintézési díjat nem vonunk le. Általános, összeg vagy számítási mód nélküli „egyéb költség” nem terhelhető rád.
We will assess requests to change or cancel an order made within 45 hours of fulfilment based on how far preparation has progressed; the agreed cancellation option with its stated deadline does not apply. If Patisson cannot fulfil the order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order and the related delivery charge for a delivery that did not take place, without deduction. Store credit will be issued only if you choose it.
A fenti önkéntes lemondási szabály nem korlátozza a törvényes elállást, a hibás teljesítésből eredő igényeket vagy más kötelező fogyasztói jogokat. Törvényes elállásnál nem számítunk fel ügyintézési, utalási vagy lemondási díjat. A jogszabály szerint a vásárlót terhelő visszaküldési költség és az esetleges értékcsökkenés külön szabályait alább ismertetjük.
Under Section 29(1)(d) of Regulation 45/2014 (II. 26.), the 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to perishable food or food that spoils quickly. The exception in Section 29(1)(l) may also apply to catering services booked for a specific date or period. This does not affect your rights arising from non-conforming performance.
This exception does not automatically apply to every product. If you order a non-perishable product that is not covered by another exception and is subject to the right of withdrawal, you may withdraw by making a clear statement within 14 days of receipt, including before receipt. Send your statement to hello@patisson.hu or to the service provider's registered office; it is sufficient to send it before the deadline.
Jogos elállás esetén a terméket a közléstől számított 14 napon belül vissza kell juttatni; a visszaküldés közvetlen költsége a vásárlót terheli. A visszatérítés főszabály szerint a nyilatkozat tudomásulvételétől számított 14 napon belül, az eredeti fizetési móddal történik; áru esetén a jogszabály szerinti visszatartási jog alkalmazható. A legolcsóbb szokásos szállítás költségét is visszatérítjük; a szükséges kipróbáláson túli használatból eredő értékcsökkenésért felelősség terhelhet.

A nem romlandó, elállási joggal érintett termékekhez elektronikus elállási lehetőséget is biztosítunk az Right of Withdrawal oldalon. A visszaküldés címe: Patisson Food Kft., 2013 Pomáz, Vróci út 8.; a csomag feladása előtt az átvétel módját egyeztesd velünk. Az egyeztetés nem feltétele az elállási nyilatkozat érvényességének.
If the order is defective, incomplete or does not match what was ordered, you may exercise your rights under the Civil Code and applicable consumer protection rules. Depending on the nature of the defect and statutory requirements, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. An insignificant defect does not justify termination. If your chosen remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate additional cost, this may affect the available solution.
Fogyasztói áruvásárlásnál a kellékszavatossági igény főszabály szerint 2 év alatt évül el; a termék romlandó jellege, fogyaszthatósági ideje és az átadott tárolási feltételek a hiba megítélésénél számítanak. Az átadástól számított 1 éven belül felismert hibánál a törvényi vélelem alkalmazandó, kivéve, ha a termék vagy a hiba természete ezzel összeegyeztethetetlen. A hiba felfedezését követő 2 hónapon belüli közlést fogyasztónál késedelem nélkülinek kell tekinteni.
A gyártóval szemben a törvényi feltételek szerint termékszavatossági igényként kijavítás vagy kicserélés kérhető. Ugyanazon hiba miatt nem jár kétszeres teljesítés. Élelmiszerre általános kötelező tartósfogyasztásicikk-jótállás nem vonatkozik; ez a szavatossági jogokat nem érinti.
You may submit a complaint by email to hello@patisson.hu, by post to 2013 Pomáz, Vróci út 8., or by phone on +36 20 516 1818. Include your order number, the issue and the remedy you are seeking. We will investigate verbal complaints immediately where possible; if they cannot be resolved at once, or if you disagree, we will prepare a written record. We will provide a reasoned written response to written complaints within 30 days. We retain the complaint and our substantive response for 3 years.
Fogyasztói jogvitában békéltető testületi eljárás kezdeményezhető, miután velünk közvetlenül megkísérelted a rendezést. A lakóhelyed vagy tartózkodási helyed szerinti illetékes testülethez fordulhatsz; a szolgáltató székhelye szerinti testület: Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, levelezés: 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint u. 25. 4. em. 2.; e-mail: pmbekelteto@pmkik.hu; honlap: panaszrendezes.hu. A testületek elérhetősége: MKIK névjegyzék. A vállalkozás a békéltető eljárásban együttműködésre köteles.
Fogyasztóvédelmi szabálysértés miatt az illetékes fogyasztóvédelmi hatósághoz, polgári jogi igényeddel bírósághoz is fordulhatsz. A panasz elutasításakor az ügyben igénybe vehető konkrét fórumról külön tájékoztatunk.
A személyes adatok kezeléséről az Adatkezelési tájékoztató, a sütikről a Cookie Notice rendelkezik. Az ÁSZF későbbi módosítása a már létrejött szerződés tartalmát önmagában nem módosítja. A magyar jog és az alkalmazandó kötelező fogyasztóvédelmi előírások irányadók.
