This information explains payment, collection and delivery within Budapest for orders placed in our webshop. For quotations requested for a private event, food truck or catering service, the terms of the accepted individual quotation apply.<\/p>

2. Prices and payment<\/h2>

Prices in the webshop are shown in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include all applicable taxes. The delivery fee is listed separately in the order summary. You can check the final total before submitting your order.<\/p>

At checkout, you can choose from the online card, PayPal and Barion payment options displayed for your order. The availability of individual payment interfaces may also depend on your device and the service provider's settings. Payments are processed by the selected payment service provider; Patisson does not receive your full card number or CVC code.<\/p>

Failed, interrupted or pending payments do not count as payment in full. For assistance, contact us using the details above and quote your order number. Enter your billing details at checkout; for a business invoice, please also provide the company name and tax number.<\/p>

3. Collection \/ handover at FREEDOM<\/h2>

All collections and deliveries must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.<\/strong> Neither option is available on weekends or Hungarian public holidays. Available dates are shown in the date picker at checkout.<\/p>

Daily order cut-off 14:00<\/strong>; after that, the earliest fulfilment date moves to the following day. Times are calculated in Budapest local time. The earliest date shown at checkout takes the advance-order period and any excluded dates into account.<\/p>

If Patisson cannot fulfil an order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order and the fee for any delivery that did not take place, without deduction. This does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for non-conforming performance.<\/p>

Check the package and food when you collect it. If anything is missing or incorrect, or there is a quality issue, let us know as soon as possible, quoting your order number and describing the problem. Ask any questions about allergens or storage before purchase; a note in the order does not by itself confirm that the food is allergen-free.<\/p>
