These Terms and Conditions govern purchases between customers ordering through the patisson.hu webshop and Patisson Food Ltd. They do not limit the mandatory consumer rights of individuals purchasing for personal purposes. Accepted individual quotations may set separate terms for catering and event orders.<\/p>

The product page shows its features, available options, package size and price. Prices are listed in Hungarian forints and include taxes. You can check the delivery charge and total payable before submitting your order. Images may be illustrative; the description contains the essential product information.<\/p>

A product note does not replace a discussion about allergens and does not mean we promise allergen-free preparation.<\/p>

3. How to place an order<\/h2>

Before submitting, you can correct data-entry errors and check the total and selected date. Submit your order using the button that clearly indicates the payment obligation. If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive the confirmation; please let us know immediately.<\/p>

Before submitting your order, check the products, quantities, contact details, address and date. A perishable food order must be cancelled at least<\/p>

Order details are stored electronically; you can save or print the confirmation email and the Terms and Conditions. A contract concluded through the webshop is not deemed to be a written contract. The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided; registered customers can also view their order details in their account.<\/p>

4. Fizet\u00e9s \u00e9s sz\u00e1mla<\/h2>

At checkout, the card, PayPal or Barion payment options offered for the order are available. The payment provider handles payment data; full card details are not shared with Patisson. An interrupted or failed payment does not count as payment in full.<\/p>

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of billing details. Company invoices require the company name and tax number. We issue order documents in accordance with applicable law. The electronic invoice is sent to the email address provided for billing. For help with a payment or correcting billing details, contact us with your order number.<\/p>

5. \u00c1tv\u00e9tel \u00e9s kisz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s<\/h2>

Collection \/ handover at FREEDOM is at 27 Szabolcs Street, 1134 Budapest; it is free, with no minimum order value or portion count. Delivery to another Budapest address is available with either at least 5 portions OR a product total of HUF 30,000; either condition is sufficient. Drinks do not count toward the portion minimum. The current delivery fee is HUF 2,500 and is shown separately at checkout.<\/p>

All collection and delivery options require at least 48 hours\u2019 notice. Webshop orders are not fulfilled on weekends or Hungarian public holidays. The current handover window is 12:00\u201314:00; orders placed after 14:00 move the earliest available date to the following day. Available dates are shown at checkout in Budapest local time. 6. M\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s, lemond\u00e1s \u00e9s el\u00e1ll\u00e1s<\/h2>

A perishable food order placed through the webshop must be cancelled at least 45 \u00f3r\u00e1val<\/strong> you can request it. Send cancellations with your order number to hello@patisson.hu<\/a> vagy a catering@patisson.hu<\/a> c\u00edmre k\u00fcldd el. A hat\u00e1rid\u0151t budapesti helyi id\u0151 szerint sz\u00e1m\u00edtjuk; p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul p\u00e9ntek 12:00-s \u00e1tad\u00e1sn\u00e1l szerda 15:00 a hat\u00e1rid\u0151. A k\u00e9relmet \u00e9s elsz\u00e1mol\u00e1s\u00e1t e-mailben visszaigazoljuk.<\/p>

For a food order that has already been paid for and cancelled within the required time limit, te v\u00e1laszthatsz p\u00e9nzvisszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9st vagy k\u00e9s\u0151bbi v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1sra felhaszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3 j\u00f3v\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1st<\/strong>. If you choose store credit, please contact us before using it for your next order; we will confirm the amount in writing. Refunds are generally made using the original payment method and processed no later than 14 days after cancellation is confirmed. Please tell us your choice before settlement.<\/p>

Any deduction from a voluntary cancellation settlement for a food order may only cover costs that were disclosed before the order with a specific amount or clear calculation method, became part of the contract, were actually incurred, and may lawfully be deducted. We will itemise the legal basis and amount of each deduction. El\u0151zetes d\u00edjt\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban k\u00fcl\u00f6n technikai, \u00e1tutal\u00e1si vagy \u00fcgyint\u00e9z\u00e9si d\u00edjat nem vonunk le.<\/strong> \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos, \u00f6sszeg vagy sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1si m\u00f3d n\u00e9lk\u00fcli \u201eegy\u00e9b k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u201d nem terhelhet\u0151 r\u00e1d.<\/p>

We will assess requests to change or cancel an order made within 45 hours of fulfilment based on how far preparation has progressed; the agreed cancellation option with its stated deadline does not apply. If Patisson cannot fulfil the order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order and the related delivery charge for a delivery that did not take place, without deduction. Store credit will be issued only if you choose it.<\/p>

A fenti \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes lemond\u00e1si szab\u00e1ly nem korl\u00e1tozza a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyes el\u00e1ll\u00e1st, a hib\u00e1s teljes\u00edt\u00e9sb\u0151l ered\u0151 ig\u00e9nyeket vagy m\u00e1s k\u00f6telez\u0151 fogyaszt\u00f3i jogokat.<\/strong> T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyes el\u00e1ll\u00e1sn\u00e1l nem sz\u00e1m\u00edtunk fel \u00fcgyint\u00e9z\u00e9si, utal\u00e1si vagy lemond\u00e1si d\u00edjat. A jogszab\u00e1ly szerint a v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3t terhel\u0151 visszak\u00fcld\u00e9si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g \u00e9s az esetleges \u00e9rt\u00e9kcs\u00f6kken\u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6n szab\u00e1lyait al\u00e1bb ismertetj\u00fck.<\/p>

Under Section 29(1)(d) of Regulation 45\/2014 (II. 26.), the 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to perishable food or food that spoils quickly. The exception in Section 29(1)(l) may also apply to catering services booked for a specific date or period. This does not affect your rights arising from non-conforming performance.<\/p>

This exception does not automatically apply to every product. If you order a non-perishable product that is not covered by another exception and is subject to the right of withdrawal, you may withdraw by making a clear statement within 14 days of receipt, including before receipt. Send your statement to hello@patisson.hu or to the service provider's registered office; it is sufficient to send it before the deadline.<\/p>

Jogos el\u00e1ll\u00e1s eset\u00e9n a term\u00e9ket a k\u00f6zl\u00e9st\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 14 napon bel\u00fcl vissza kell juttatni; a visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s k\u00f6zvetlen k\u00f6lts\u00e9ge a v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3t terheli. 7. Hib\u00e1s teljes\u00edt\u00e9s, szavatoss\u00e1g<\/h2>

If the order is defective, incomplete or does not match what was ordered, you may exercise your rights under the Civil Code and applicable consumer protection rules. Depending on the nature of the defect and statutory requirements, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. An insignificant defect does not justify termination. If your chosen remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate additional cost, this may affect the available solution.<\/p>

Fogyaszt\u00f3i \u00e1ruv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1sn\u00e1l a kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny f\u0151szab\u00e1ly szerint 2 \u00e9v alatt \u00e9v\u00fcl el; a term\u00e9k romland\u00f3 jellege, fogyaszthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi ideje \u00e9s az \u00e1tadott t\u00e1rol\u00e1si felt\u00e9telek a hiba meg\u00edt\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00e9n\u00e9l sz\u00e1m\u00edtanak. Az \u00e1tad\u00e1st\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 1 \u00e9ven bel\u00fcl felismert hib\u00e1n\u00e1l a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyi v\u00e9lelem alkalmazand\u00f3, kiv\u00e9ve, ha a term\u00e9k vagy a hiba term\u00e9szete ezzel \u00f6sszeegyeztethetetlen. 8. Panasz \u00e9s jogvita<\/h2>

You may submit a complaint by email to hello@patisson.hu, by post to 2013 Pom\u00e1z, Vr\u00f3ci \u00fat 8., or by phone on +36 20 516 1818. Include your order number, the issue and the remedy you are seeking. We will investigate verbal complaints immediately where possible; if they cannot be resolved at once, or if you disagree, we will prepare a written record. We will provide a reasoned written response to written complaints within 30 days. We retain the complaint and our substantive response for 3 years.<\/p>
